Sun Souls offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our studio in Devon UK. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled owing to lack of stock, you will be advised by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We have endeavoured to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as close to the actual colour of the product. Please be aware that the actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, and therefore, we are unable to guarantee the exact colour of the product on delivery.


We accept all major debit and credit cards throughout the Stripe and PayPal payment gateways. You can also choose to pay with ApplePay and other scorecards listed at checkout (country dependent). When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Sun Souls website. Payment will be debited as soon as you check out form PayPal or your banking gateway. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Sun Souls, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment, or PayPal.

Furthermore, Sun Souls take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.


We aim to dispatch goods within the estimated times via Royal Mail, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to delivery the products within estimated times. Sun Souls are not responsible for any delays caused by destination, customs clearance processes.




Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you consider an item to be faulty please contact us at hello@wearesunsouls.com and we will arrange a replacement. Postage will be refunded for the return of faulty items. If the same item is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. You have to notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item, that it is faulty. Failing to do so will remove eligibility for a replacement or refund.

All rights on this website are owned by Sun Souls Lyme Regis Ltd. The website is for personal and non commercial use only, any attempt to copy, store or share content and information for commercial purposes is strongly prohibited. All the content on the website including illustrations, videos and all graphic design are subject to trademark and copyright and other intellectual property rights held by Sun Souls Lyme Regis Ltd. This includes the content of the kits and courses and how to guide booklets.
